shiatsu 75 minutes
Shiatsu (pronounced shi-áht-zu) is one of the oldest traditional Chinese healing arts. A firm, gentle pressure is used on acupuncture points along the meridians, supporting your body's return to balance. Stretching, gentle rocking, and an energetic coaxing are used to relieve pain, assist and support the body's systems, and increase the flow of "qi" (pronounced "chi", meaning life energy).
