Ayurvedic healing is a many thousand year old medicinal system originating in India. It is based on a person's specific "dosha" type - dosha being your complete person, your constitution- what you think, how you act, your physical and emotional being. Your dosha is determined by a questionnaire you complete prior to your appointment (please arrive 15-30 minutes before Ayurvedic treatments). Dosha specific herbs, oils, and aromatherapy are then used to restore balance, beauty, health, and well-being.

Therapeutic, relaxing, and aromatic, the Ayurvedic treatments are not only unique, they provide you health and healing - detoxification, relief, and an effective way of restoring, supporting and balancing your well-being.

ayurvedic herbal soak 25 minutes

Ayurvedic herbs, placed in a muslin bag, are steeped in hot water then poured in the bath, creating an herbal tea soak for your body that balances and warms. Based on Ayurvedic medicinal healing. Relaxing and centering. $60

ayurvedic massage 60 minutes

After determining your specific dosha type, your therapist will use ayurvedic oils and Abhyanga massage techniques, which are brisk, repetitive and relaxing. Provides a new sense of balance and harmony for your whole self. $110

body balancer 90 minutes

Aromatic crushed and warmed Ayurvedic herbs, based on your unique dosha type, are applied to the body followed by an invigorating exfoliation. Next, a full body Indian style Abhyanga massage with warm herbal infused oils and a marma point massage complete this bodywork. A ritual best done in silence. A balancing, restorative and incredible experience. $143

shirodhara 90 minutes

A meditative experience done to cease the chattering of the mind and restore a deep inner calm. Best done in complete silence. Your arms, legs and neck will be massaged with the Abhyanga techniques beginning the relaxation. A stream of warmed herbal oil is then directed onto the third eye on your forehead for many silent and peaceful moments. The oil is gently massaged into the hair and scalp along with nourishing ayurvedic herbs and a marma point face massage completes the experience. Classically used in Ayurvedic medicine for relieving mental tension and stress during times of change, transition, and challenge. $143

The Shirodhara can also be added to other bodywork and massage services. It consists of a stream of oil on the third eye and gentle scalp massage. A meditative addition to any service. 30 minutes. $45

ayurvedic facial 60 minutes

Experience a different approach to skin cleansing, renewal and inner balance. Using oils and lotions determined by your dosha type, this holistic, healing and balancing facial promotes cell rejuvenation, protection and well being. $125
